KIMINO Yuzu Sparkling Juice
Kimino's sparkling yuzu juice is made with hand-picked Yuzu from Shikoku Island, Hyogo mountain water and organic sugar cane.
Used for centuries in Japan, Yuzu is a distinctly sour and aromatic citrus fruit very high in vitamin C and polyphenols. The taste is best described as a blend between a lime and a grapefruit.
They use the whole fruit when they extract the juice, capturing the intense fragrance of the zest and the purest flavor profile of the Yuzu fruit that's why you'll find natural Yuzu zest on top of our bottles. It's a sign of their quality and authenticity.
