Le Mareviglie Grated Mullet Bottarga 40g


A delicacy from both Sicily and Sardinia, is the salted, pressed and dried roe pouch of grey sea mullet. it is slightly nutty, briny and aromatic. Mullet Bottarga can be used in simple recipes, seasoned with extra-virgin olive oil and a drop of lemon, or simply accompanying it with grapes. It is also delicious on pasta dishes or bread croutons with butter.
