Classic, pure, mousse de Foie Gras made with free-range raised duck.

This mousse is exclusively made of duck and includes 60% of plain foie gras, which allows for an authentic taste, in addition to giving it a light and creamy texture. Its great versatility will delight all palates!

Duck foie gras mousse is perfect for making appetizers; spread on pistachio or fig crackers, it can also be used to make small appetizer of puff pastries stuffed with foie gras. Makes a great addition to a cheese board with some onion confit, fruit jelly, fresh figs, and pears.

Pairs well with dry red wine, and great Burgundy white wines like Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh.
