We’re delighted to have another anniversary piece from Emile Henry in France. Their custom ceramic allows the heat to spread slowly and evenly, so that your baking rises perfectly and can be served directly from the dish. The special glaze allows cutting your loaf or cake directly in the pan. It can also be taken direct from the freezer straight to the oven.
Ideal for savoury dishes, too.
Dishwasher safe but hand wash is suggested to prolong the glaze.
