After 12 weeks of rearing in freedom, adult mulard ducks are fattened with individual feeding programs at the rate of 2 meals per day for 10 to 11 days. Their diet based on Quebec corn, without hormones and antibiotics allows us to offer tasty and healthy products at the best tables.
This farming method gives this piece of meat its unique flavor, enhanced by the fat accumulated under the skin.
