This rich, full-bodied olive oil comes in a beautiful blue glass bottle and is made from heritage Nevadillo Blanco olives grown on the Olivar de la Luna farm in Andalusia, Spain.

Olivar de la Luna is a very fruity oil that recalls the flavor of olives, with some nuances of flavor of other fruits such as apple and almond and the memory of freshly cut grass. 

Its flavour in the mouth is long, sweet and smooth, leaving at the end a slight bitter taste typical of the fruit from which it comes. This oil also has a great richness in polyphenols and antioxidants and high content of vitamin E.
