Caviar Russe Salmon Caviar
The large bright orange eggs of wild Pacific Salmon are regarded as a Japanese sushi favourite, Ikura, and resonate with a deep oceanic tang. Salmon caviar provides a bracing addition to pastas, salads, canapes, and many other robust caviar presentations.
Decorate deviled eggs with caviar, omitting the paprika.
Serve on cucumber slices with fresh dill, cilantro, or chives.
