Presumably the best paprika in the world, made using a unique technique found nowhere else. To produce Sweet Smoked Pimentón de la Vera, only the mildest pepper varieties are used. They undergo a slow, traditional smoke-drying process over oak or holm oak wood for more than ten days. During this time, the peppers are turned by hand daily to achieve the perfect level of dryness. They are then ground in traditional stone mills, which preserves their flavor, vibrant color, and distinctive smoky aroma.
