Paz Bakery Cheese Dots

It was love at first bite when we sampled Paz Bakery’s Cheese Dots warm from the oven. Another great addition to our freezer section!

They are made from Tapioca Starch, a naturally gluten free flour and hand-crafted locally in Niagara Falls, ON with most ingredients sourced locally. Freezer to oven ready in 20 minutes!

Fantastic on their own, dipped in Marinara sauce, or used to replace biscuits with lobster!

I can't stop raving about the Paz Bakery Cheese Dots! I love that they are handmade locally by a talented couple with a great story behind their creation. The cheese dots can be heated from frozen in 20 minutes making them an incredibly easy appetizer. I like spiralizing zucchini into ‘noodles’, ladling on some of my favourite tomato sauce, and putting a couple warm cheese dots on top for a light dinner… so good! — Madisyn
