Rummo Pasta Linguine
A Jill’s Table favourite, Rummo Lenta Lavorazione is the only pasta to be approved by the Italian Cooks Federation. It has an extraordinary flavour and texture.
Linguine (or Trenette) comes from Liguria, where it’s always been linked to Genoese pesto. It’s extremely versatile, though, and is exquisite with sauces containing shellfish, lobster or squid ink.
