Rummo Pasta Malfadine


A Jill’s Table favourite, Rummo Lenta Lavorazione is the only pasta to be approved by the Italian Cooks Federation. It has an extraordinary flavour and texture.

Mafaldine, named for Mafalda di Savoia, is a long pasta with ruffled edges which maintain their shape after cooking. It’s excellent with ragù alla bolognese and sauces based on seafood, particularly mollusks.
