A Jill’s Table favourite, Rummo has an extraordinary flavour and texture.

Mafaldine, named for Mafalda di Savoia, is a long pasta with ruffled edges which maintain their shape after cooking. It’s excellent with ragù alla bolognese and sauces based on seafood, particularly mollusks.
