Wilkin & Sons Tiptree Jam Red Currant 250ml
The Wilkin family has been farming at Tiptree, Essex, since 1757, and today the business is run by Peter Wilkin, great grandson of our founder.
Red currants are brought to the boil and simmered for 10 minutes. The juice and fruit is then pumped into a fruit press where it is squeezed to extract the maximum amount of juice from the fruit. This distinctive jelly is perfect to accompany roast lamb but also makes a delicious addition to all gravies. This jelly has a sweet intense flavour.
